Rift Lite not working?

After hearing some positive things about Rift these days, especially with a new expansion coming out i thought i would give the Rift Lite trial a try but after downloading the client and making account all i get is "Login request was not valid. Please try again later. (error #2016)" when i try to log in to launcher. Am i doing something wrong or is the trial/ something else not working atm?

Would of posted on rift tech support but cant do that with a trial account and i'm not gonna buy the game without knowing if it will play =/

You're virus scanner doesn't like the address or something. You can still search the Rift forums btw you just can't post.

Ah awesome thanks, i did several google searches and the support Q and A search before i went to there forums so didn't think to do it directly on the them too.
