you use to be able to use one as the other was expiring, now theres a 4 (?) second cd between them

I've noticed this aswell.

Just as when i use shield on mysellf (with body and soul specced) i will not receive the stampeding roar buff from a druid. now it might not sound "gamebreaking" it is realy, realy annoying.

I am not aware if this is intentional, or not.

I'm not seeing a CD between them, they CD each other while up but nothing more.

This isn't a nerf. You don't actually waste your B&S speedup while stampeding roar/nitro boosts are up this way. Various speed modifiers rarely stack in WoW, biggest example being Inner Will's +10% and the +8% movement speed boots enchant of every expansion.

I constantly beat this drum. I tweet at GC every few days reminding him. I inform him, politely, that having half of a spell completely useless, and the other half required because of their shitty design, a choice does not make.

I still can't see any change to this from when mop launched (or even before probably, didn't have body and soul back in cata). Not sure why it's suddenly an issue.

this is not true, in the past i would have been able to use my nitro, and time b&S arround the end of my nitro so that i would remain A speed buff.


but at this moment, this does not work, since if i pop shield on my sellf near the end of nitro but am too early, i will not get the B&S buff..


in the passed if you had B&S and a druid used stampeding roar, you would get the buff.. Speed gain would remain the same though
