How good is Xuen (lvl 90 talent) for single target burst?

Seems more like an aoe cd to me (as are the rest of the talents in this tier.) I understand it's no shadowfiend, but how much can it up your single target dps by popping it on cd?

Go to dummy, pop Xuen and you'll get a rough idea.

It ups your single target dps drastically more than RJW or CT. Theres really no contest for lvl 90 talents as dps.

The fact that it is in ADDITION to your dps...and lasts for about 30 seconds or so....would mean it is a good burst talent.

Extra dps dosen't neccesaraly mean burst; the ability lasts for 45 seconds and so it is not a short lasting ability for extra burst but rather
an ability for overall dps.

The reason I asked the question was because of pvp. Given that chi torpedo goes farther than roll, I was curious whether or not it would be worth giving up (a sub-par burst cd in my mind) a summon.
