In need of a new server

Ill be honest, I'm really not too interested in WvW. However, the free server transfers have slapped my server and it is not going to get better. The problem is players in general. I put off doing dungeons till 80 and now that my server is in the dump, finding groups is sorta ridiculous. Most nights we don't even have a proper map chat troll. Please, any suggestions, based on your servers, on what would be a good place to call home before free transfers go away and I'm stuck on an empty server.
