In cataclysm, we could convert VP into CP (but not the other way around).

According to Wowhead this is still possible (unless the page just hasnt been updated)

I have been searching the net for an hour now, yet I cannot find any information on this. Is there still a vendor that allows this convertion, or has it been removed in MoP?


Does anyone know?
