I'm looking for this cloak or a clone of it for transmogrification. Every source I read says it is sold by G'eras in Shattrath, however whenever I go there to purchase it, he doesn't have it. Does anyone know where to get it from?

By default, vendors only show gear intended for your class. There should be an option on the vendor window to "show all", then you should see it.

He certainly sells it. I'm looking at it now. Make sure your class filter is turned off if you're not an agility class.
