It is fixed. I EF'ed everyone around me at the target dummy (7 ish) and was doing normal swings. Unless it is restricted to raid which I doub.t

Can confirm. Fixed.. For some reason when I had about 10 or so EFed after 5.1 I couldn't melee, but I was mid-progression raid so I might have just missed me meleeing. I will test it again tonight during raid on Lei Shei (sp?). And will report my findings then.
