Raiding atmosphere - We get on well. We dedicate ourselves to getting better and improving the team as a whole. We don't scream at people for mistakes. We talk to each other. We have a laugh on Mumble between fights. We like to trade vendor trash around the group on raid breaks and see it work it's way back around to us.

Raiders of the Lost Orc are currently recruiting a couple of exceptional playersto help support our raiding progress.
We cleared all normal content in WoTLK and Cataclysm, reaching 8/12 ICC heroic and 2/8 DS heroic. We are aiming for even better progress in Mists of Pandaria and are currently at 16/16. We are also recruiting for social members so if you fit into this category please don't be put off by all the raiding talk!
We class ourselves as a relaxed but dedicated and committed 10-man raiding guild with a strong social core. Our aims are both to down every 10-man encounter in the game and to earn as many 10-man achievements as possible to stretch and test ourselves.
We are looking for a select few who will bring a lot to the guild outside of their raid performance - we're after committed, mature players who know how to have fun and work as part of a well-ordered team. Although we're looking for skilled players, we're also looking for good all-rounders who can perform well but also want to get involved, get to know people, form close bonds and be a full and important part of the guild.
We're not into drama, and we're not into faceless guildies. We currently have about 50 accounts in the guild (raiders and social members), keeping it small and friendly. Our guildies often do lots together outside of raiding - heroics, achievements, social events (in-game AND IRL - optional 
). RoTLO is over 25% female and the average age of our members is around 30-35. The majority of our guildies are from the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium and Switzerland. We get on really well and genuinely like each other. Some really close friendships have been formed in the guild and extended to RL including attending guildie weddings.
You won't necessarily get a guaranteed spot on every raid, but we try to ensure that spots are allocated as fairly as possible with 1-2 people sitting out for each raid on a mostly rotational basis. Those who put in the most effort are given the most raid time but we want to make sure that the success of our guild runs never rests on any individual's shoulders. We currently raid twice a week and our focus is beginning heroic modes. We raid Thursdays and Mondays 7.45-11ST. Occasionally in the future we may hold an extra raid on Sunday, starting and finishing 30 mins earlier for a bit more shut-eye before going back to work!
We're currently looking for a few great players to ensure we retain a stable raiding core to enable us to reach our full potential. We will also consider and any fantastic applicantions. DKs, Monks and Warlocks are particularly underrepresented currently.
