Do you know how your guild deal with tanks cds? Last night tries were a little too brutal on our healers, so I'm trying to write down a cd rotation and any help would be nice

You are going to want to have people who go down have priority on these severers. They go down really easy.

Can you mitigate the dmg from the dolls by HoP them?

You can HoP the tank to negate some damage. The dolls work as a fixate, so he will not loose aggro.
