Is it just me or do WW Monks suck at PvP?

I feel like we have no (effective) utility.

The would be gap closers quite often over shoot the target or go off on a tangent.

    The slow is weak...

Thousand fists is channeled and stationary...

Leg sweep... leg sweep would be cool if you didnt have to be RIGHT ON TOP of your target.

It's been a major complaint in the Monk forums. They don't have a terrible amount of gap-closing ability compared to Warriors, Druids and DKs. Their damage is pretty much dead center and all their CC is melee-range. Mistweaver, thought? Doing great.

Also, you may want to take this to the aforementioned Monk Forums.
Soothing Mist:"Healing them for a minor amount every 0.5 sec, until you take any other action."
Jade Serpent Statue: "The statue will also begin casting Soothing Mist on your target. healing for 50% as much as yours. "
    [What's half of minor?]
"Statue casts Soothing Mist at a nearby ally for toddler healing."

    That is entirely possible.

Thing I've found is, they're very similar to 'old' Rogues, when everything is off, you're fine.

When your CDs are up, and youre caught with your trousers down, it's a white wash.
    1) Load the amount of weight I would deadlift onto the bench
    2) Unrack
    3) Crank out 15 reps
    4) Be ashamed of constantly skipping leg day
