has anyone stopped using their flying mounts in wod?

Maybe it's just me, but I've found that while in the past I would ride around on my flying mounts both on ground and in the air, with warlords I've kind of abandoned some of my fav flying mounts for just ground mounts.

Mounts like the headless horseman mount and others that look ok as ground mounts I still use, but to me there's something kind of pathetic about a dragon or firehawk mount that has huge wings, but can't fly.

I don't mind no flying in Draenor, but the interesting thing is that even in Azeroth now when I very rarely return there I find myself more prone to forget that I can fly.

I have ground on Z and flying on X so just switced them around for Wod. Often i i return to Azeroth for legacy runs or other achievement

not really since i love my dragons, that said i also love shiny mounts so i use my charger alot more on my main.

Yup. I do not use any of the flying mounts as a ground mount - especially dragons and the like just look pretty ridiculous as such.

I use Hearthsteed since it looks good flying and on the ground

since im a druid even doing legacy i just use swift flight form. Because of garrisons i have no interest in alts till they fix it so only when i seldom use them do i use flying. I have many nostalgic mounts but since i got http://www.wowhead.com/item=71665/fl...n-of-alysrazor i am ok with it.

Yes I have. It just looks wrong and out of place to wobble around on a big dragon with its wings tied. There's few of the flying mounts which look good or natural as ground mounts - anything with wings is a no go for me in WoD. Sadly. Since I do love a lot of them. I visit Stormwind instead of Stormshield for my bank/AH attends and such so I can ride my powerful flying mounts without feeling like a retard.

I still have the defaults - Sheath Weapon and Sit - bound to them.

Well, yeah, I use Waterstrider or sometimes Sky Golem, because those have extra functions that are handy, flying mounts aren't worth using to me, because if I'm riding somewhere outside of my Garrison, waterwalking is very handy.

yes, but I do use the random favourite mount feature meaning I only get ground mounts in Draenor and flying mounts everywhere else.
