But this guy is like kazzak, pug raids should not be able to kill him.... oh wait nvm this boss is actually easier than Sha of Anger... Blizzard and their logic that is all.

Seen him twice.
Once he was almost dead, I didn't get credit.
Server crash two nights ago, rushed to the spawn and got him.
There's always atleast 1 person there.
We stopped searching for monsters under our beds when we realized that they were inside us.
Tell me something, my friend. You ever dance with the devil in the pale moonlight?
Someone link the blue post that says Sha is supposed to be for everyone and Galleon isn't mean to be fair to all the players. Blizz made everything too easy to cater for everyone. So what if you and I don't get to kill Galleon, how does it affect your overall experience. There are many more ways to get gear. Besides, Galleon becomes unimportant with HOF and Terrace coming out. It's not even content zerging a boss down. You just want the free epics, admit it. This sounds just like terrible socialism.
I love Galleon, never seen him heck i didnt know he existed.
And for some reason i can't seem to care,.
There used to be world raid bosses in Vanilla until people complained that they were a source of griefing. Then people complained that there weren't new ones. Then the AQ world event spawned and people complained it was a source of griefing. Then people complained there should be more. Then people complained that in BC the world raid bosses were a source of griefing. And on and on it goes.

I killed Galleon once on my server, and it was a few days after MoP was released. Ever since then, haven't seen him once.
I think that we established that when people say they "want to see content" they are using "content" and "loot" interchangeably. This was pretty much confirmed when people said they "just wanted to see content", got LFR, then complained about not getting loot even though they were seeing the content.

I saw him once as I came back from the toilet after being afk at my farm in Halfhill. Came just in time to see him get tagged and killed before I could even make it to him.
I've managed to get 3 kills in the past month. If I can remember I usually have my second account running the background while playing with a stealth druid at the spawn point.
People keep saying that he shares tags but I'm not sure I understand what you mean. Whenever I've seen him killed by another group I have not gotten credit by participating like any quest mob that shares a tag.
Am I missing something?
Killed it yesterday on Eldre'thalas. Noone was there other than our raid massing from all over Pandaria, and some bystanders that were watching us from the air because our raid was full.

Part of the reason is that Battlegrounds are like ducks.
Killed him twice.. although once was at 5 am and the other time we teamed up with another guild who were also there for the kill.
From what I understand, someone correct me if I'm wrong, say person A is in raid A. Raid A tags Galleon. Person A then drops Raid A and joins Raid B mid-combat. Person A still has access to Raid A's original tag of Galleon, giving Raid B access to it as well. As far as I know, assuming it does indeed work this way, you could potentially have the entirety of one server's faction out there killing the boss and having a chance at loot.
Have there been any attempts to track spawn/kill times per server? I've got the time and date of the last 2 times I killed him (both since reset on Tuesday so presumably the only two spawns since then) and I'd be interested to know what time of time between spawns other servers see.
