no, it hasn't changed
it just appears on armory as 464 epics

My gear have changed in game, check imgur links in the thread on eu forums as I said and you'll see.

clear your cache. honor pvp gear is still ilvl 458. if you remember your hp value from before you started seeing this graphic bug, it's still the same, because you didn't gain any stats and the gear is still the same client side. it's also the reason why you can't link the item in game: the epic honor pvp gear no longer exists, and its only the rare quality.

This is adorable ahaha! I've had it happen sometimes it tends to bug out and revert it back then you simply log back in and it goes back to being blue's
