Computer issues.

So I`ve been having this problem with Twitch.tv. Everytime I want to watch a stream, I get this message; "We`re sorry, but we couldn`t find the stream! Please check your internet connection, and make sure you`re connected to the internet. Disable any proxy or ad-blocking software you`re using".

I don`t have any ad-block or something like that, and I`m obviously connected to the interwebs. Using Google Chrome at the moment, but I`ve also tried IE, Opera and Firefox and I get the same message there.
Also got this problem with imgur where it just says Webpage not available.

Anyone got a any idea what could cause this? Appreciate any help.

Try disabling Windows Firewall, and then disable your Anti-Virus program.
