Dark Apotheosis [Gliph of Demon Hunting] Info

Need some info about ability damage.

Description says X, pvp dmg ( 30% pvp power ) is like X/3 and pve is like X/2,5.

    What's going on?

ps: Ex: Demonic slash 30.000 dmg => PVP dmg 9k, PVE dmg 11k

edit: i forget. do demonology mastery work with DA on? if so, as caster or demon?

Mastery while in DA only increases your damage reduction, never your damage.
and I've no idea what you're talking about regarding pvp dmg and whatnot.

maybe you're estimating numbers ? because if you want to take pvp power into consideration you must also consider pvp resilience on the target you're facing, if this is not what you were talking about then never mind.

    Im talking about numbers.
Vs training dummy, human form, i deal the damage i read on the tooltip ( Ex, shadowbolt 23889 => every hit on TD is 23889 )
Vs training dummy, Dark Apotheosis, i deal less damage i read on the tooltip ( Ex, 25600 dmg => every average hit on TD is 11600 dmg )

It's not only a pvp issue as u see ( if u have a lock too u can check by yourself ), but playing for pvp i would like to understand how it works.

it's obvious DA will deal less damage than caster form, once you enter DA form you lose all damage increase granted by mastery as it shifts into damage reduction.

maybe what you're seeing is the demonic slash tooltip showing like it should show for meta but since in DA the dmg is significantly reduced it deals much less than what the tooltip states.

It's not obvious cause Both Glyph and tooltip don't say a thing.
I would like to know my real dmg and how to improve it.

I suppose too dmg in DA are nerfed ( i see by myself as u see ), but i would like to read more info about it ( real dmg, % spellpower taken, etc ).

    Any blue from blizzard?
