Since I dont really know balance druid mechanics i'd be really gratefull if u could give me some tips what is she doing wrong. Im posting our log from recent raid. Hope it wont be much trouble to help
Well i`m by no means an expert, and can`t understand logs perfectly.
But 2 obvious things to me stand out. (in the elegon fight at least)
It seems shes only using Incarnation once, CA twice, yet hes using NV 3 times.
Unless shes having to save Cds to kill the energy charges, she should ideally use All 3 at start of encounter, then again at the 2nd Phase 1, then hopefully be up for the burn phase (depending on length of fight)
Incarnation is only better than the rest because of its synergy with NV and CA. If he/she doesn't stack them for whatever reason then I would choose something else.
Just giving a quick look at the Feng log (and from what gazmanclown said, it's probably indicative of a habitual problem), she appears to be using her cd's at random (using Nature's Vigil, Incarnation, and Celestial Alignment separately). I suggest she read a guide on balance druids to understand how to stack them properly. They are a significant portion of our dps.
looking at the logs, the CD usage does really stand out and will be a huge factor in the damage the toon is putting out. So, the toon in question isn't using NV with Incarnation at all. They are actually using it with CA. My normal starting rotation is this: Prepot-Starfall-Wrath to hit Lunar eclipse-Dots-filler till starfall is done-starfall-starfire until exit of eclipse-CA-dots-starfall-starfire-dots as CA is about to expire.
Each CD has a 3 min CD. So the player should be able to get off 3 of each cast during the entire fight.
NV wasn't used with Incarnation on pull. CA wasn't used in conjunction with NV/Incar halfway through.
Next NV was 4:23 later. 1:23 past when it should have been used. Same issue with NV/Incar/CA as before.
Last NV was used 3:02 later. No issue there.

Seems like they are spending far too much time outside of an eclipsed state.
DoTs
Moonfire uptime = 86.8% (#100 parse on WoL had 89)
Sunfire uptime = 82.1% (#100 parse on WoL had 88)
Both of those should easily be above or around 90%.
Hard Casting
Wrath casts - 42 (#100 parse on WoL had 55)
Starfire casts - 50 (#100 parse on WoL had 66)
So it looks like they have far to much time where they are not casting.
TL;DR = They need to ensure that they are using their CDs properly. Make sure that Incar is macroed to NV. Use CA about 1/2 way through, which is normally when you are leaving eclipse. Be doing something ALL THE TIME. If you are on the move, cast a DoT. If you aren't on the move and aren't reapplying DoTs, you have to be hard casting on something. Look for any extra space you can eek out extra damage.
Spirit Kings - Make sure you always have both dots rolling on the targets that are together
Garajal - If they go down, only apply your Eclipsed dot to the add and move on till they all have DoTs on them and then start applying your non-eclipsed DoT. DoT Garajal before you go down.
Elagon - Keep dots rolling on Elagon during the add phase. If the adds are dead, hard cast on Elagon.
Those are just a couple of tips, which I figure would be known and used. But, worth mentioning just in case.
