Muslim stance on same sex marriage is similar to Christian stance.
However maybe it is because overall in Muslim country's most people are Muslims but their is no political/social discussion about gays, meaning their isn't any real party that supports same sex marriage like in the US.

Not all Christians are anti gay. Many many denominations openly accept homosexuality.
A lot of muslim countrys have outlawed homosexuality. Saudi Arabia will execute homosexuals. Egypt just gives jail time.
Most same sex marriages are not religious anyway, and most modern/western countries now have predominantly civil not religious marriages, even for straight couples. I really think all religions should recognise that non-religious marriages are becoming increasingly popular.
It will definitely take much longer than the christian countries, but eventually maybe. None of us will be alive by then anyways
