Raid in 5.1?

I guess the title explains my question, but, will there be a raid in patch 5.1? MV, HoF and TES are all part of tier 14, will 5.1 bring a tier 15? I'm not sure if '4.1' brought a raid in Cata, I didn't really pay attention as I didn't PvE in cata. 3.1 brought Ulduar, so I'm not sure.

No. 5.1 is a minor major content patch like 4.1 was.

Basically, instead of waiting for T15 to be done to release it all at once, they're releasing part of the content early (again).

I do hope they maintain more tiers this expansion, though. Like, have every other patch with minor stuff like 5.1, and then every other with a raid, culminating in a 5.5 or so.
