No more cataclysm spell?

I was really exited for this cataclysm spell i was hoping it would stay. Now im a bit confused I see the new cataclysm spell with a line over it, in the updates of 5.1 (Nov 2)... Does that mean its been removed? Please let me know what's going to happen.

If you'd used search, read any of the other three topics about this or looked at the 5.1 changes thread you'd know that it's been taken out temporarily while they rework it into an ability that is actually useful.
All Melee would do is step a few feet away, wait for the channel to end and then come back, which didn't really help you at all.

I was getting hooked on the Cataclysm idea :S
Imagine going into the spirit realm @ Gara'jal hc and popping Rain of Fires everywhere until you're oom and then going Cataclysm. Sounds pretty strong to me.

Cataclysm consumed an ember and had a 10 yard radius. Good luck with that.
It was never meant to be an AOE damage spell, that is what Fire and Brimstone is for.

Sounds weird if MF would've worked with Cataclysm.

It worked with the damage, and seemingly the knockback, but not the stun portion.
