Change the CPU to i5-3570k
Get a Z77 motherboard, like the ASRock Z77 Extreme4, you'll gain much more from it
Change the PSU to 550/650w
Change the Seagate HDD to a Western Digital Black/Blue, Seagate HDD's are known for high failure rate within the first year.
