    Neither of those have anything to do with WoW. He's probably talking about the SteelSeries that are occasionally advertised on the launcher.

    Also, this was absurdly easy to find by typing "wow mouse" into google. Some mod got pissed at me the last time I used lmgtfy.com, but this thread really needs it.

    I don't think the Steelseries has 18 buttons. It has a lot but I think less than the Naga.

    I don't think he means a world of warcraft mouse as in one designed by blizz as much as one that a lot of people use to play WoW, also,
    Razer Naga : Left and right click = 2 buttons : scroll wheel : 3 buttons : 12 buttons on side : 15 buttons : 2 buttons to the left of left click : 17 buttons, so close enough, imo
