Refreshing dots bug

What do you do when all your dots tick and a trinket procs?
Do you refresh it one by one , with sb:ss or does it only work with felflame?
I read about a bug with refreshing dots. How do I have to handle that bug?

afaik, its only corruption that isn't updating as intended, and only updates properly via fel flame, so after procs you would felflame and hard recast agony
