Just a question about the tanking mechanic of this fight. It seems he places the debuff faster than it actually clears. Should the tanks be popping cooldowns to survive a second hit, or kite to try and delay the second hit.

First tanks takes one stack, next tank taunts and takes 2. By the time he hits 2 first tank is clear. Tank swap at 2 the rest of the fight and you will be fine.
