    RF 2h wep VS. Malevolent 2h

    So why is the RF version of Starshatter or w/e it is 201 DPS more than the malevolent weapon? Seems way off to me.

    Because of the difference in ilvl...
    The pvp power trumps the benefits of higher ilvl in pvp though
