Few questions about 1st boss in HoF(n)

So my guild started HoF progression tonight and we are stuck on P2 of the 1st boss. The problem is with the shields it seems like we juct cant heal the second/third shield phase in P2.. Our healers are either OOM by then or out of raid cd's. Any help is welcome.

Our setup is:
Prot war
Holy pal
Rshaman
Hpriest
Ele(me)
bm hunt
Fire mage
Destro lock
Fury warr x2

You have healthstones, 3 warriors, an ele, plus your healers for raid cooldowns. Pretty sure everyone there has a decent personal as well. Use them.
