    What if...

    Mass dispell could dispell cyclone?
    Make sense?

    I always wondered why its doesnt work and now even more with the CD.

    anyway it will be very situational where you use 40k mana to dispel 1 cc

    I don't see how this is a problem. It would limit its use. Is using your brain to manage your mana pool too difficult these days?
