For Combat, LFR Bottle is even stronger than Relic of Xuen.
For Subtlety, it might not be as strong as DMC and Essence of Terror, but is still stronger than Windswept Pages.

As previously mentioned, there's absolutely no contest. Bottle all the way. I'm seeing 40%+ uptime on the Bottle.
