Seeking Prot Pally Advice

Can you give some advice to this prot pally. Right now I'm saying that hit and exp needs to be cap but they insist their avoidance is amazing. Can you help me point them in the right direction, I've tried giving them elitist jerks but they only took a macro out of it. They reforged but at the end of the day and raid time came, they went back to reforging for something else.

Exp(hardcap) and hitcap are prio atm, go for haste/mastery afterwards, use the ghost iron dragonling if you need hit & exp badly, with a 600 exp 600 hit & 600 mastery gem.

Hey scelero, are you having issues progressing because you die ? if not you are stats are just fine, there's like thousands of prot pallies that have heroic kills and they are using thousands of different build, so if you are not dying due to massive damage intake, just stay as is

Its not your problem tho, I tend to prove people wrong by raiding with them after telling them its better doing it that way, if they die due to damage, I whisper them again, and ask them just to try it out, its a subtle but decent way of doing it.
