Garalon respawning after being killed

It was quite annoying to see Garalon dying, letting us roll on loot while he's still using his abilities, wiping us coz of enrage (even tho he was at 0hp) then despawning... We released just to realise he respawned and the loot is gone. No achievement, no loot. Had to kill him again. Anyone else experienced that?

I wish, had a 6% wipe on Imp Viz.., had a rogue vanished for mass ress to go fast again, trash respawns and leaves 1 group untargetable, thinking we'd need to clear all the trash again we did, still had a group that we couldn't target, and due to that 1 group Viz just hovered above us with a smug smile -.-

Ticket timer 2d 5h, so back on Msv we had to go.......................................................................................

same bug happened to us, we zoned out, reset instance and re-cleared all the trash again and it worked after that.

We killed him with dots after hitting enrage. We all got achievement, but he despawned without letting us loot or use extra rolls.
When we ran back in, he had respawned and we started killing him again. After 5 more wipes he despawned for good. We were left with achievement, but no loot from him this week.
