    A book I reccomend to all fitness inspirationists


    An excellent read for anyone interested in Fitness and Bodybuilding.

    If you like me find it difficult to read up on advice because you're apprehensive about the quality of the source then this is definitely the book for you. Good old Arny. How the hell could you argue with this bloke?

    This book is great at dispelling myths that plague the industry. Things to avoid and take advantage of and the benefit of cardio on weightlifting. I would say a good 90% of questions asked on this forum could be answered by this book and if you're a fitness newcomer this should be your first port of call imo. Educate yourself. Don't fool for the traps of the fitness industry.
