Foreplay, building up the anticipation beforehand etc is what takes up the bulk of the time, in my experience.

i think regarding sizes its a bit of a mix, i'd say generally agree from my experiences and asking female friends, that what you do with it IS more important than size, however a bigger penis used right is better than a smaller penis used right - up to a point, different girls can take different sizes, a bigger penis will hurt some girls (and makes the sex more awkward for the guy as well)
