I hate spreadsheets, little help figuring my dps?

OK, so I hate spreadsheets and sims, but fortunately there's a ton of mathy nerds on here who LOVE them. So I'm reaching out for some help, seems like I'm only getting 50k dps or so and as you can tell from my progression my guild isn't very good, at all. Yeah, we're a bit casua-bad, but we try and I'm not too worried about progression.

But not being worried about progression isn't the same as wanting to do my best, any tips for me? I'm trying to keep inquisition up, but I'm not entirely sure that's the only monkey wrench in my execution. Sorry, no logs.
