Target macro for enemy players in arena

Hi guys,

I am going to keybind my targeting in arena (enemy player 1, 2 and 3)

But i cant seem to find a decent macro..

What do you guys use?

And /cast [@arena1] spell for pretargeted control abilities. Focus casts are a little slow with how often certain classes can drop focus.
