The usual leveling question

I've searched about which way is better to level, using quests dungeons or battlegrounds, but none of them ever talked about rested exp.

I have 11 alts, 10 of them are 85+ and all of them are rested 100% of the time. The way I used to level, through dungeons because I'm mostly a healer, seems a bit slow in MoP so I wanted to know. Does anyone have any estimation of what would be faster to level, regardless of queue times (which in between will be quests ofc no matter how fast they are) with rested exp all the way?

Its a bonus but questing is the way
