[A] <High Voltage> US - Vashj Recruiting 10M - 3Night/Wk Progression

High Voltage is a 10man Alliance guild on Vashj US (PvP).

We have been together as a core group within this guild for over 10 months. We finished Cata 6/8HM 10m and had hopes to start MoP from a very strong position with a group of 10 raiders that had been working well together.

Due to real life situations, we've lost 3 of our core raiders before we could even set foot in MSV and we are now looking for some good people to help fill those shoes. Our remaining core group consists of 6-7 strong players who know their classes and roles.

Raid times:
7pm - 10pm PST which translates into 10pm - 1am Eastern Time(EST)

We're happy to raid every night, but focus on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday as the core nights for our raiding. We've recently added in Challenge mode runs for those who are able on Thurs-Sat. Our GM is happy to raid every night if we have the players.

What we are looking for:
People who can consistently make raid times as stated above
People who can learn from their mistakes
Preference to those 18 years or older (we're an "older generation" guild)

Most of us have multiple alts that are geared out from HCs and LFR so whether you are tank, heals or dps, isn't a major issue for us. I.e. we are looking for good people/players, not just a class or spec.

With the above disclaimer, we love diversity and do not have any:

Heals: Paladin, Monk
DPS: Warlock, Mage, Rogue, Monk

Loot:
We use a loot council system to ensure all of our core raiders are gearing up equally.

Atmosphere:
We are a small casual raiding guild that loves raiding. Most of us our alt-o-holics so we are constantly working together or discussing gearing or rotations in vent. Our vent server is live every night, raid or not. We have a relaxed atmosphere, but we do get a bit more serious during raiding hours.

For the reason that a player's character/attitude is more important to us then their otherwise amazing skills we do not only rely on website applications but also hold interviews "in person" over Ventrilo or within game to have a better feel/understanding of who you are.
