I'm trying to establish a good gear match to Staff of Feral Furies - Wow Item 45212. I can't link the picture until I've posted a few times so sorry about that..

Any thoughts or ideas? I have T6 at the moment but that isn't cutting the mustard...!

Well... that is the entirety of what xmogs are available so either be more creative or concede defeat.
