affli: imperial ghostbinder robes (489) vs sha-skin robes (483)

as the title implies, i'm having a doubt about these two items. is it worth to rush the 2-set bonus over the smaller ammount of intelect it provides over the reg msv robes? or shall i wait until i reach the empress? my current progress is 4-6 msv and 1/6 HoF

Someone asked this exact question in the Affliction thread. All 2pc bonuses are worth 2-3% of your total DPS. You decide if the extra stats will give you 2-3% total DPS.
