After buying the game in July, and playing for about a month after launch I took a break from gw2 to focus on other things. Decided yesterday that I'd hop back on and see how the game is doing. When I went to log in, an alert came up informing me that my account has been suspended due to unauthorized access and that i should contact tech support.
I submitted a ticket containing all my account information, including my serial number and purchase order, within ~8 hours I received a response saying I purchased the account from a non-sanctioned website and with a fraudulent credit card. Yet i purchased it directly from the gw2 website as a preorder using MY credit card. I have a screenshot of the purchase order, from the website and of my credit card statement showing the money going out to ncsoft. They have completely disabled my account so I cannot post on the forums to attempt to talk to someone directly, I'm not sure what route I can take to repair this.
Any input would be greatly appreciated, because if they had a call center I'd be flipping shit on them right now.
