Opinion on prebuilt

Im looking into this desktop for my girlfriend. Her laptop just died and needs something that can do school work while also playing GW2. Is this a good value for the money? We are looking for around $600 including a monitor. Any opinions would be great.

Thats a shame. Are there any good options for a lower level gaming PC with a monitor for around $650?

Not with a monitor though. The only way to save more is to build yourself.
