    Looking to buy new laptop.

So I've been searching for a laptop for school / gaming (though I still have a desktop which should be good for another 2 years or so).
I play games like LoL, WoW, Dishonored, maybe Cod: BO2 and others.
I wish to play at a stable 60 FPS with around medium/high graphics (save for WoW raiding because I'll be on my Desktop).

I'll be buying it from here and my budget is around 900 euros/max 1000 euros(Maybe maybe 1050 euros - with the special offer price).
Would like it to be around 15.6" and have at least 1 USB 3.0 (Not a requirement but a big plus).
I'll be using Windows 8 but it doesn't have to come with the laptop, I have my own.
Battery power is probably a non-issue.

The 2 I've been looking at are: Laptop 1 and Laptop 2

As you can see the difference is 36 euros for a loss of 2GB RAM but with a slightly higher CPU clock speed (Though some benchmarks showed that the 3610QM is better than 3630QM. TBH it seems that Laptop 2 is much better at lower price.
Is the laptop 1 CPU better and is it worth it over 2GB of RAM for 36 euros more?

    But my questions are:
What are your experiences with Acer Laptops? Any better brands? Because I heard Asus is really good for gaming laptops.
Are there other laptops which meet my criteria that I might want to check out?
How will these laptops run the games mentioned above and other similar ones?

Don't buy acer, I got one overheating 24/7
    Get an asus or alienware

Maybe I can buy a laptop from here but the only decent ASUS laptop is this 1 and that Graphics card seems to weak? Would it be able to run my games?

Edit: Also Alienware is out of the question, too expensive for my tastes.

well major issue regarding those links are the screens (they are of quite bad quality to say the least)
laptops only usually got the magic 2/3 for gaming (good cpu/dedicated gpu/good screen, optionally an ssd but that can be added contrary to the other 3 parts )
don't you have any other site as an option? (tech speccs are kinda lacking aswell on the one you linked)

    that GPU is horrifyingly slow.

ill keep checking but haven't found anything that actually fits your needs on those sites.
i assume importing is out of the question? (or perhaps buy one on a holiday etc? might not be viable at this time i guess)

I prefer buying from here but if I can get a really good deal I'll think about it.

maybe contact certain stores if they are willing to import a certain model else? (some smaller companies are interested in providing such a service)
well it would be a shame if you end up spending the money on a product you didn't exactly want.
