Does anyone know what to do when you are trying to hand in the INscribed Crane staff to get 10 scroll of wisdom back but the quest for the refund of the staff is not being given by Inkmaster Jo Po?
He's there but I can't get that quest off him to return it? He has no quests for me

Right click the staff to start the quest.

As I understand it the quest starts from the staff itself. Though I don't know exactly how it works because I'm still using mine. lol
