Weak graphics card.

The 2600 is a $320 part. The 6770 is a $90 part. Rule of thumb: "If you're spending more for a CPU than for a GPU on a gaming computer, you're gonna have a bad time".

Recommended CPU to GPU price ratios: WoW 1 to 1; normal games 1 to 1.25+.

Honestly it depends what the build is for, i currently use a XFX 6770 HD, for wow. I run on a 1920x1080 resolution, and settings are all on ultra (except shadow!) and i pull 60 fps, in LFRs/25s it'll go as low as 40, maybe mid 30s. I also am running s 2nd monitor for youtube though, so it completely depends, lower resolution than me? it'll run fine, more intense games than wow? get a better card.

No, the same build can be bought on Newegg for $1075. Even if you allow $300 as a prebuilt premium, the build is still quite imbalanced.
