Rats all over Panda City wtf?!?!

Why on my server are there rats all over panda city?? You can pick them up and throw them at people....some kind of world event?

There's a little rat running around shrine of the seven stars. You can pick it up, and use the little button you get to throw rats around, creating additional versions that can be picked up and thrown around, which in turn create... well, you get it.

The thing is, you can spam the button you get, creating a good 3 dozen rats before they start to despawn.

I haven't noticed much in the Shrine because I've spent very little time there. IMO, the city is useless without the use of at least a ground mount. I'm not going to walk everywhere on foot. Time is money.

For me it's just a place to set a hearthstone.

Seems to be alliance only. Hope horde get something in return, like iron forge.
