Lagg issues

Hi,

I've had these lag issues for some months now, if not a year nonstop..
My fps is fine the whole time. But after 22.00 all the crap starts. I start lagging like the added video. It starts with small lags, but it gets worse and worse.
If I log off my windows account, and back in. It's gone. After a while it returns.
It's weird lag, because it's constantly like that.
My FPS is fine and I aint downloading or uploading anything on the background.
Hardware is up to date
Anyone has a clue?

Start by resetting your router if you haven't done so already.
You could also look in to getting a new router as your old one might be faulty.

You can also call your Internet service provider and tell them whats up.
It might be a problem on there end.

I guess resetting the router will just fix it for some time, which would be the same as i would log out and back into windows I supose.
A new router might be something I'd concider..

We recently switched provider, and I had it before we were with this new one.

This is the result from the pingtest. Seems all good? Right?

that doesn't look like a network issue, it looks like a 2d/3d conflict, make sure hardware acceleration is turned off in flash and silverlight

I'll try that later this weekend. Cant seem to find it for now.

that dosent look internet related lol, i have that on my laptop/pc sometimes, heres a few things to check;

GPU- cant speak for nvidia (never used yet) but if its amd, open control panel, go to the overclock section which shows what the gpu is running at, see what it is when wow runs fine, and have it minimized/easily accessable. when the lag starts have a look again, eg.

My gpu runs at 600 core clock, 800mem clock at 60 fps
my gpu runs at 400 core clock 550 mem clock at 30fps (examples but you get the point)

Also temps have a shot at doing whats happening, download a program which allows monitoring of temps like cpuid, or core temp (just for processor though)

Then other thing i'm thinking is RAM, have task manager open / see how much RAM is being used / try a memtest...
