Help with Sony account

So I decided to try out Planetside 2 today, and found that my Sony account was banned... I haven't played a Sony Store game since SWG and I know I wasn't banned then. I was going to submit a support ticket, but you have to log in to submit one. What do I do? The only thing I can think of is my account was hacked...

Its highly likely that your account was hacked based on your description. Seeing as you can't regain access to your account through normal means there are only two options:

1) create at a new account, since the only game you mentioned was SWG and that had its severs shut down a long long time ago, this would likely be the easiest root.

2) contact Sony's customer support and explain to them your situation and they maybe able to help unlock your account and reset the password
