Will this work? Looking to get a new motherboard/cpu

So far.. i'm looking at Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 3000 BX80623I52500K + ECS P67H2-A3 LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard (its a combo deal from newegg for $260.00)
    But I need help tho.

    I got DDR3 Memorysticks.
A EarthWatts Model EA-650 power supply..
a GeForce GTX 550 Ti Vidcard.

Will that all be fine to put in the new motherboard? is the Powersupply fine? Will everything be fine just to move in?

My Computercase is very large.. So I don't think thats Any trouble.

Btw other Motherboard is ASUS P5P43TD. (If that helps with the sockets/whats inside my computer)

    Thanks for the help folks!

i5 2500K + P67 motherboard + DDR3 sticks = good to go, power supply is great, it will all work fine.

But my main question is that this is all previous generation! Why aren't you getting the latest i5 3570K + Z77 motherboard? Is it costing too much more?

edit: Link to that $260 deal on Newegg please? Sound pretty nuts.

Oh and your P5P43TD will be pointless, it's socket 775.
