Silent Nerf: Volatile Seaforium Backpack (Engineering)

The Volatile Seaforium Blastpack has been nerfed to only open things requiring 400 lockpicking skill and bellow (was 450). As far as I know it was never mentioned in any patch notes.

This is a rather aggravating nerf as ghost iron lockboxes require 450 "lockpicking skill". Has anyone found a new recipe presumably also silently added for an upgraded explosive?

There isn't a mop version on the trainers and if there is a recipe I'd love to know where it is and how to get it

God dammit! Been using these to open my Lockboxes on my Paladin, Mage and Warrior, and my Rogue is different Faction and Server. Now got to pester a Rogue constantly to open lockboxes... ffs

Oh sorry Netherspark. I didn't know this even existed as its neither in explosives nor is it named seaforium. Slipped pasted as I was learning everything I guess =S
