Why the constant nerf to BM?

Sparta exists since around October 2009. Many of the old members came together from another guild, and therefore had played together for some time before.
Sparta is a raiding guild on the Alliance side of the English speaking Sylvanas realm. We try to progress on 10 man with a nice and friendly envirnoment. We do our best to make sure people learn, but we are not hardcore, and we value friendship.
Recruitment:
We recruit all classes/specs for further progress in MoP!
Current Progress:
MV: 6/6 normal
HoF: 2/6 normal
Raiding times:
Wednesday - 20:30-24:00
Thursday - 20:30-24:00
Friday - 20:30-24:00
on weekends: sometimes alt runs or old raids for achievements/mounts
(on progress days sometimes we stay until 00:30 or 1 o'clock)
