Question Purchased Upgrade Parts; Good Or Bad Choices

Hey community! How is everyone's Morning/Day going? So I just purchased some nice upgrades for my computer. I mainly use it for gaming and sometimes Fraps WoW/LoL/Smite/DoTA. With that said This is what I purchased.

    G.SKILL Sniper Gaming Series 32GB (4 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-1600C9Q-32GSR

ASUS P8Z77-V PRO LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

    Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 77W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 4000 BX80637I53570K

Now what I am wondering is if I made good life choices or bad ones. I do plan to get a H100 Liquid Cooling unit for overclocking but I am guessing I shouldn't over clock till I invest in that? I also need a new GPU just didn't have the funds as of now and am looking for some insight on that. I have always been a ATI guy but have heard many great things about the NVidias...

Any input would be great guys/girls. Thanks in advance!!!

You went waaaaaaaaay overkill on the memory if the only thing you're gonna do is game.
You won't even have half of it in use by your system at any point (unless you go do some crazy video rendering or stuff).

Ya I figured as much but hey it was cheap and this way the timings are all the same and I wont have to upgrade that part of my rig ever (3-5 yrs) again...=)
