target calling and you

So...I know I could use a search feature but it's late for my timezone and I need to wake up early in the morning.

My question is, as a frost dk, how do you efficiently target call. I know to keep oom healers alive but who should be the target priorities? and when should a switch be called? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
